Meet the Staff

Marina Pinkas, D.M.D.
Dr. Pinkas is a proud graduate of the Goldman School of Dental Medicine of Boston University.  Dr. Pinkas is especially proud of her dental practice, not only because of the impressive state-of-the-art equipment, but also because of the principals and high moral standards she works by. Her emphasis on patient comfort as well as up-to-date advancements in dentistry, enable Dr. Pinkas to provide her patients with the best quality of care in the field. 
Dr. Pinkas has a wide range of experience in different areas of dentistry.  From cosmetic and restorative dentistry to surgical treatments and root canal therapy, her experience is invaluable. 
Dr. Pinkas recently completed continuing education at the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, FL to study advances in occlusal disease.  Dr. Pinkas also experienced and learned the skills of comprehensive dental evaluation.  For the patient, this co-discovery process provides ample opportunity to express concerns and objectives while learning and experience his or her own dental health condition in a meaningful way.  The highest standard of care consists of customized treatment, appropriate to the individual patient’s circumstance.

Charles Heinberg, D.D.S.
After graduating from Cornell University, Dr. Heinberg received his dental degree from the University of Detroit in 1972.  He has spent the past 36 years taking advanced courses in Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral surgery, prosthetics, and many other areas of general dentistry.  Dr. Heinberg has also taken many courses that have an emphasis on cosmetic dentistry.  Over the last decade, Dr. Heinberg has developed a special interest in restoring implants with crowns, bridges and dentures.  He believes that implant and cosmetic dentistry are the future of a progressive and state-of-the-art dental office.  His philosophy, along with the rest of the office, is to do what is right for the patient; to make the patient feel comfortable and at ease, and to treat the patient like they are family. 
Robin Burns-Laubi, RDH
Robin has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1992 and enjoys providing friendly, comprehensive dental care.  She has been with Aesthetic Dental Associates since 1999.  While she was active as co-chair of the Southeastern Dental Hygiene Association, 1998-2002, she participated in the House of Delegates process and was also honored with the Hygienist of the Year Award.  This award was granted for instituting a CHIP (Child Identification Program, for missing and exploited children) in her community for the first time.  It has become an annual event since.  Robin began volunteering with CHIP in 1999 and has remained a volunteer.  She also runs a foundation in her son’s memory.  The Devin Laubi Foundation is dedicated to providing assistance to families of children with cancer.  Spending time with her husband and two children on vacation is what Robin enjoys most.  Our staff takes time to listen to our patients’ concerns in order to address your needs properly.  I look forward to meeting you.
Lisa Post-Pugsley, RDH
Lisa is a Forsyth graduate with over 10 years of experience.  She has been working at Aesthetic Dental Associates since 2000.  Lisa also has a BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, giving her the ability to ease phobic and anxious patients.  Lisa is knowledgeable in different areas of dentistry, such as orthodontics and periodontics.  She also has teaching experience from Forsyth.  Lisa is able to bring many aspects of dental care to her patients’ treatment.  Her experience includes, but is not limited to hygiene instruction and nutritional counseling.  Lisa welcomes the opportunity to meet you and offer you competent dental care with her pleasant friendly personality.  When she is not practicing hygiene, Lisa spends her time with her two daughters, Danielle and Gabi. 

Zina Lykov Insurance/Patient Coordinator

Zina Lykov joined Aesthetic Dental Associates in 2009. Zina works very closely with the insurance companies, and if you need help with understanding your insurance benefits, please contact her. Zina enjoys assisting patients to better understand their dental benefits. In order to be on top of the insurance information, Zina takes educational courses for dental billing and coding. Zina enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter Veronica when she is not working.

Sandra Peluso-Kennelly

Sandra joined our practice in May 2009. Sandra brings 3 years of customer service experience to Aesthetic Dental Associates, and enjoys working with patients to help them understand the benefits they are entitled to. She graduated from The University of New England, earning her Bachelors of Science degree with a duel major of Health Services Management and Business Administration. She then graduated from Endicott College, earning her MBA in 2003. In her spare time, Sandra is a team captain for the annual MS WALK in Boston in honor of her father. When not working, Sandra enjoys traveling with her husband Chris, spending time with family and friends and going to the beach.

 
Ashley DiFazio, Dental Assistant
Ashley graduated The Dental Assisting Program at Massasoit Community College. She is a certified Dental Assistant and also certified in dental Radiography (X-rays). Having spent the last year here at Aesthetic Dental Associates, Ashley is highly competent in making your visit here comfortable and even enjoyable.  Ashley is very good at making patients feel comfortable in the chair, and often is successful in not only making patients smile, but also laugh out loud.  When she is not at work, Ashley likes horseback riding.  Trail riding is her favorite.
