Marina Pinkas, D.M.D.
Dr. Pinkas is a proud graduate of the Goldman School of Dental Medicine of Boston University.  Dr. Pinkas is especially proud of her dental practice, not only because of the impressive state-of-the-art equipment, but also because of the principals and high moral standards she works by. Her emphasis on patient comfort as well as up-to-date advancements in dentistry, enable Dr. Pinkas to provide her patients with the best quality of care in the field. 
Dr. Pinkas has a wide range of experience in different areas of dentistry.  From cosmetic and restorative dentistry to surgical treatments and root canal therapy, her experience is invaluable. 
Dr. Pinkas recently completed continuing education at the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, FL to study advances in occlusal disease.  Dr. Pinkas also experienced and learned the skills of comprehensive dental evaluation.  For the patient, this co-discovery process provides ample opportunity to express concerns and objectives while learning and experience his or her own dental health condition in a meaningful way.  The highest standard of care consists of customized treatment, appropriate to the individual patient’s circumstance.

Charles Heinberg, D.D.S.
After graduating from Cornell University, Dr. Heinberg received his dental degree from the University of Detroit in 1972.  He has spent the past 38 years taking advanced courses in Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral surgery, prosthetics, and many other areas of general dentistry.  Dr. Heinberg has also taken many courses that have an emphasis on cosmetic dentistry.  Over the last decade, Dr. Heinberg has developed a special interest in restoring implants with crowns, bridges and dentures.  He believes that implant and cosmetic dentistry are the future of a progressive and state-of-the-art dental office.  His philosophy, along with the rest of the office, is to do what is right for the patient; to make the patient feel comfortable and at ease, and to treat the patient like they are family. 
Robin Burns-Laubi, RDH
Robin has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1992 and enjoys providing friendly, comprehensive dental care.  She has been with Aesthetic Dental Associates since 1999.  While she was active as co-chair of the Southeastern Dental Hygiene Association, 1998-2002, she participated in the House of Delegates process and was also honored with the Hygienist of the Year Award.  This award was granted for instituting a CHIP (Child Identification Program, for missing and exploited children) in her community for the first time.  It has become an annual event since.  Robin began volunteering with CHIP in 1999 and has remained a volunteer.  She also runs a foundation in her son’s memory.  The Devin Laubi Foundation is dedicated to providing assistance to families of children with cancer.  Spending time with her husband and two children on vacation is what Robin enjoys most.  Our staff takes time to listen to our patients’ concerns in order to address your needs properly.  I look forward to meeting you.

Ashley Morriseau, RDH
Ashley is a graduate of Mount Ida College in Newton, MA where she received her Dental Hygiene degree. During her schooling she gained great experience through the externship program working in eight different facilities through the greater Boston area such as, Tufts, Boston University and Franciscan’s Children’s Hospital. She is also licensed in administering local anesthesia. She has experience in treating every type of patient from pediatric to periodontally involved adult patients.  Her friendly and caring personality makes every patient feel comfortable in the chair. She takes pride in her work and has great rapport with the patients she cares for. She has been involved with organizations such as the Special Olympics and screening programs for the Boston public school system.  In the near future she would like to continue her education in dentistry and psychology. In her free time she likes to spend time with her family and friends. She enjoys the beach and being outdoors. Go Celtics!
Ashley DiFazio, Dental Assistant
Ashley graduated from The Dental Assisting Program at Massasoit Community College. She is a certified Dental Assistant and also certified in dental Radiography.  Ashley is highly competent in making your visit here comfortable and even enjoyable.  Ashley is very good at making patients feel comfortable in the chair, and often is successful in not only making patients smile, but also laugh out loud.  When she is not at work, Ashley likes horseback riding, trail riding is her favorite.

Sandra Peluso-Kennelly

Sandra graduated from The University of New England with her Bachelors of Science with a duel major of Health Services Management and Business Administration.  Then she graduated from Endicott College and earned her MBA in 2003.  Sandra has  years of customer service experience, and enjoys working with patients and helping them understand their benefits. To stay on top of new information, Sandra will take classes offered through the Massachusetts Dental Society to make sure patients are getting current information.  In her spare time, Sandra has become a team captain for the yearly MS WALK in Boston in memory of her father.  When she is not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband Chris and spending time with family and going to the beach.
Maria Malenfant, Insurance/Patient Coordinator
Maria joined Aesthetic Dental Associates in 2010 and brings many years of Customer Service Experience.  Maria attended Curry College and studied Communications with a focus in Public Relations.  Maria takes great pride in providing excellent service to all patients.  When not working, she loves spending time her husband Shawn, her two amazing children and all of friends and family.   Maria also enjoys spending time outside either walking, hiking or at the playground.
